About GIF Names
Instagram's GIF search only finds a GIF if you type the exact name it was tagged with. If you don't know that name, the GIF is invisible to you. This site is a catalogue of those names.
How to use it
Find the GIF you want, copy its name with one tap, then paste it into the GIF search inside Instagram comments or stories. The GIF you saw here is the one that will come up.
Why the obvious name often fails
The name that works is the one the GIF was tagged with on GIPHY, and it is not always the one everybody says out loud. The "la peace" meme is a good example: searching "la peace" brings up nothing, you have to type "la peace kai". We check and list the name that actually works.
Where the GIFs come from
Every GIF here is hosted by GIPHY, the same service that powers Instagram's GIF search. We neither host nor own them, and every page links back to the original. Credit belongs to the people who created and uploaded them.
